2016 XC60 dead after two days parked – is that normal?

Really hoping someone here has run into this before. I left my Volvo XC60 at Dubai Marina parking over the weekend while I flew out to see family, came back Monday night and the thing was completely dead no lights, no click, nothing. Jumpstarted it fine and drove home, but now I'm paranoid something's draining the battery when the car is off. A friend mentioned it could be the central locking module or even just a trunk light staying on, but I don't see anything obvious. I've never had a car die that fast just sitting there. Been looking into whether I should just get a fresh battery before troubleshooting further, and I keep seeing Volvo Battery Replacement In Dubai mentioned as something you don't want to cheap out on because of all the electronics. Has anyone else had weird parasitic drain issues with these? Or am I looking at an alternator problem starting to show itself? Really don't want to get stranded on SZR with the kids in the back.
